Scope
This privacy statement informs users about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the responsible provider “Leo Beese, Gustav-Müller-Strasse 40, 10829 Berlin – Phone 0151 40426382 – Email info@leobeese.com”on this website (hereinafter referred to as “Offer”).
The data is protected within the framework of the legal requirements.
Access data/ Server log files
The provider (or its web space provider) collects data about each access to the offer (so-called server log files). Access data includes:
Name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.
The provider uses the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the offer. However, the provider reserves the right to subsequently review the log data if there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use based on concrete indications.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR. A legitimate interest follows from the purposes for data collection listed above.
Handling personal data
Personal data is information that can be used to identify a person, i.e. information that can be traced back to a person. This includes the name, email address or phone number. But also data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites were viewed by someone count as personal data.
Personal data is only collected, used and passed on by the provider if this is legally permitted or the users consent to the data collection.
Third-party analytics and tools
When visiting our website, your surfing behavior can be statistically evaluated. This is done mainly with cookies and with so-called analysis programs. The analysis of your surfing behavior is usually anonymous; the surfing behavior cannot be traced back to you. You can object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools.
You can object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools.
Contact
When contacting the provider (for example, via contact form or e-mail), the user’s information is stored for the purpose of processing the request and in the event that follow-up questions arise.
The processing of contact data is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal notification by e-mail to the provider is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The contact data you provide will remain with me until you request me to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after processing your request has been completed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
Comments and contributions
When users leave comments on the blog or other posts, their IP addresses are stored. This is done for the security of the provider, in case someone writes illegal content in comments and posts (insults, forbidden political propaganda, etc.). In this case, the provider itself can be prosecuted for the comment or post and is therefore interested in the identity of the author.
The storage of comments is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke any consent you have given at any time. For this purpose, an informal message by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
Newsletter
With the newsletter we inform you about us and our offers.
If you would like to receive the newsletter, we require a valid email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified email address or that the owner agrees to receive the newsletter. No other data is collected. This data will only be used for sending the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties.
The processing of the data entered in the newsletter registration form is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO).
With the registration to the newsletter we store your IP address and the date of registration. This storage serves solely as evidence in the event that a third party misuses an email address and registers to receive the newsletter without the knowledge of the authorized person.
You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the email address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time. The revocation can be done via a link in the newsletters themselves, in your profile area or by sending a message to the contact options above.

ActiveCampaign uses this information to send and evaluate the newsletters on our behalf. Furthermore, according to its own information, ActiveCampaign may use this data to optimize or improve its own services, e.g. for the technical optimization of the dispatch and presentation of the newsletters or for economic purposes to determine from which countries the recipients come. However, ActiveCampaign does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or pass the data on to third parties.
We trust in the reliability and IT and data security of ActiveCampaign. ActiveCampaign is certified under the US-EU data protection agreement “Privacy Shield” and thus undertakes to comply with EU data protection requirements. Furthermore, we have concluded a “Data Processing Agreement” with ActiveCampaign. This is a contract in which ActiveCampaign undertakes to protect the data of our users, to process it on our behalf in accordance with its data protection provisions and, in particular, not to pass it on to third parties. You can view ActiveCampaign’s privacy policy here.
Integration of third-party services and content
It may happen that third party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated within this online offer.
